4.1. Contact form

Data processed: last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, and technical data of the submission (IP address, browser identifier)
Purpose: making contact, customer service communication
Legal basis: the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4.2. Equipment quote request form

Data processed: name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, number of guests and date of the event, the selected equipment and quantities, and the time of consent to data processing
Purpose: preparing quotes and communication related to the quote
Legal basis: the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
We send an automatic confirmation e-mail about the quote request to the e-mail address provided.

4.3. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your data solely for the purpose of conducting the communication. The content of the messages and the related data are stored in the e-mail account without a time limit, for as long as necessary or lawful.

4.4. Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect the forms against automated abuse, we use the Google reCAPTCHA service, which processes technical data related to the use of the website (e.g. IP address, browser data).

5. Cookie management

Our website uses the Complianz plugin to manage cookies, which ensures that appropriate consent is obtained and the related settings are applied. No remarketing cookies are used. Google Analytics sets statistics cookies only with your consent; without consent it may send cookieless, aggregated measurement signals (Google Consent Mode). The data provided via the forms is stored in the website's administration interface and used exclusively to handle the given enquiry or quote request; we do not operate a marketing database. You can request the deletion of your data at any time via the contact details given in section 1. The website's hosting provider is Hostinger. The website is operated and maintained by Webzeer under technical supervision, which includes regular updates, backups and security checks.

7. Data transfers, data processors

We do not transfer data to third parties for sales or marketing purposes. The following data processors are involved in the processing:

• Hostinger – hosting services and forwarding of e-mails sent by the website,
• Webzeer – operation and maintenance of the website; receives a copy of the notifications submitted via the forms in order to monitor the operation of the system,
• Google – Google Analytics (with consent), Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps (with consent), and the Data Controller's e-mail account (Gmail); Google may also process data outside the European Union.

8. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

• request access to the data stored about you,
• request the rectification of your data,
• request the erasure of your data (in the cases specified by law),
• request the restriction of processing,
• exercise your right to data portability,
• and lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
