There are events that last longer than one evening – they leave a lasting mark. The Bükk Observatory hosted the AstroGastro evening – and it was exactly one of those.

The guest of honour of the evening was Bertalan Farkas, Hungary's first astronaut, and we made sure that the culinary experience was universal too.

The Marsi Zsolt Catering team raised the bar again this year:
More than 20 kinds of homemade ragouts, sauces, gravies and jams awaited the guests – each one opening up a new world of flavours.
🍽️ The presentation, the harmony of flavours and the attention to detail all represented the quality on which the AstroGastro evenings have been built for years.

Why do we love this event? Because it is a challenge every year. And that is exactly why we do it. We are already preparing for the 2026 evening – the ideas are already in our heads, and the flavours are just waiting to mature.
